Before joining Quanta Ledger, he gained experience ata Polish private equity investor Omikron Capital, where he was responsible fordeal sourcing and execution, as well as portfolio value creation. Previously,he worked for a US private equity fund Highlander Partners, and the EY M&Aadvisory.
Marcin holds a Master’s in Finance from theWroclaw University of Economics and completed an exchange program at theUniversidad Carlos III de Madrid. Marcin is a CFA® charter holder.
